1. Service and availability

WaLeads helps small businesses prepare and manage their digital presence through a Portal, artificial intelligence assistance and authorized connections to other platforms. Availability depends on the features enabled for your account, permissions granted and each provider’s approvals. Features in testing may have restrictions or interruptions.

Configuring a TikTok application does not mean its integration is approved or available. A connection to TikTok or another platform can be used only when enabled and its owner has authorized the relevant permissions.

2. Your account and responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and connect only resources you own or are authorized to manage. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use WaLeads to send spam, deceive, infringe third-party rights, access others’ accounts or bypass security measures. Do not share passwords, secret keys or unnecessary sensitive information in chats.

3. Permissions and external actions

Signing in does not automatically grant permission to manage your social accounts. Marketing connections require separate authorization limited to the permissions displayed by the provider. You can withdraw those permissions through the relevant platform and request disconnection from WaLeads.

A connection is not blanket permission to publish content or spend money. Publications, campaigns and spending require the applicable owner approval. Review drafts and proposals before approving their execution. Connected platforms’ terms and policies also apply.

4. Content and artificial intelligence

You retain ownership of your brand and contributed content. You grant WaLeads the permission needed to process that content and provide the functions you request, including external actions you authorize. You must have the rights and consents needed for the content and data you provide.

WaLeads retains rights to its own software, components and templates. Artificial intelligence responses can contain errors and require review. WaLeads does not guarantee a number of customers, sales, campaign results or approval of an integration by a third party.

5. Trial, price and paid services

The advertised base offer is US$249 per month. The 14-day trial requires no credit card and begins when the service is configured and activated; registration alone does not start it. Advertising spend is paid separately to the relevant platforms with prior authorization.

Before you purchase a paid service, we will communicate its scope, charges and applicable billing, renewal and cancellation terms. Registration, chatting with the assistant or connecting an account does not authorize a charge. You can ask questions or request cancellation at info@waleads.com.

6. Privacy, suspension and ending service

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing, history retention and deletion options. You can request account closure and data deletion by emailing info@waleads.com. Disconnecting a platform does not automatically delete WaLeads history or content already published on that platform.

We may limit or suspend access in response to misuse, a security risk or a legal or provider requirement. When service ends, some WaLeads-hosted functions may become unavailable; your own social accounts and domains remain yours.

7. Changes and contact

We will publish changes to these terms with their update date and communicate material changes affecting purchased services. Nothing limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. For questions or complaints, email info@waleads.com.
